General Information
As a vendor, you will be an important part of creating an inviting atmosphere for guests. You will be expected to be cordial and inviting to all guests. This is an opportunity to network and showcase your products to the surrounding area.

Indoors
Vendor Setup: 60 Minutes Prior
6 Foot Tables and Two Chairs Will Be Provided! Add On Tablecloth upon request
Vendors that bring tables longer than 6ft without approval will risk losing their vending space as spaces are measured for each vendor. Space is limited.
Vendor FEE: $75
Sales/Practices
Honest and fair business practices are required and maintaining a team atmosphere among fellow vendors is a must. This includes not speaking negatively about another vendors’ products or discouraging others’ sales. Sharon Chavis reserves the right to ask any vendor to leave the event that does not comply with the above-mentioned terms and conditions or exhibits any other behavior or business practice that is dishonest, harmful or disruptive to the event.
Liability
Vendors are responsible for handling their equipment in a manner that does not cause harm to patrons or the event space. In the event a vendor causes damage to the event space liability and charges therein would be the vendor’s responsibility. Vendors assumes all responsibility to patrons that they provide serves too. Sharon Chavis and Sweet Lovable Chocolates assumes no liability to patrons of other vendors or damage cause by vendor.
Marketing
All are encouraged to promote our event to friends, family, on social media. Be sure to tag me @sweetlovablechocolates on Instagram and Facebook. This will add to the success of the event. We are confident that with your support and cooperation our event will be a success and benefit all involved. We look forward to working with you.
Sweet Lovable Chocolates Pop-up Shop does not guarantee sales. We provide the pop up space, brand promotion, a network of like-minded vendors, and a unique selling experience. The outcome of your specific sales experience is beyond our control. We do believe Pop Up Shops are an amazing way to receive real time feedback about your brand, network with like-minded entrepreneurs and make some sales. We cannot offer a refund if you did not make sales.
Cancellations
By signing you are agreeing to be present for the event. If there is an unforeseen and unavoidable hindrance to your presence please contact Sharon Chavis Email (sharonchavis36@gmail.com) or by phone (919) 451-7116 (call or text) as soon as you are made aware of changing circumstances. The Vendor Agreement and Rules shall automatically become a binding legal agreement between you and Sweet Lovable Chocolates upon your acceptance of this offer by your payment to participate in the pop-up event. Do Not Pay If You Do Not Agree To Be Bound By The Terms Of The Vendor Agreement For The Pop-up Shop.
NO REFUNDS
Our goal is to always offer you with the best local delivery and pick up options available. Since most of our products are hand-made to order and carefully selected to meet with our quality check, processing time may vary.
Please allow a few days for some of our best keep secrets to be prepared, 2 – 4 business days. Oftentimes, orders process faster but we can’t guarantee a faster processing time.
After the order is processed, delivery usually takes between 1 and 2 days to arrive at their destination, but can take longer from time to time.
